Clothing and Shoes (and other sizable items) can be returned for website credit within 5 business days of receiving your item. All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE. Items bought on the SHOP PDA app will get app credit when returned and items bought on the website will get website credit when returned.

We do our best to ship within 2 business days but there are times where that is not possible so we also offer a Fastpass and Expedited options now on the website. We offer local pickup as well at the address above and once you get a pickup email you are welcome to come M-F 830-5. Please wait until you get the pickup email before coming to the warehouse so we can make sure your order is fulfilled and ready for you.

When placing an order please verify that you use the correct shipping address as that cannot be changed once the order is placed. Any orders approved for cancellation once placed will receive website credit as we do not offer refunds.
