Shipping policy

We do our best to ship within 2 business days for non preorder items but there are times where that is not possible so we also offer a Fastpass and Expedited options now on the website. We offer local pickup as well at the address above and once you get a pickup email you are welcome to come M-F 830-5.  Please wait until you get the pickup email before coming to the warehouse so we can make sure your order is fulfilled and ready for you.

Shipping is a flat $6.99 for all orders. However, shipping will be FREE for orders over $100 before tax! Our free app, SHOP PDA, offers free 24hr shipping once you place an order there so it is worth downloading!

Clothing and Shoes (and other sizable items) can be returned for website credit within 5 business days of receiving your item. All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE. All returns must be unworn and unwashed with any tags still attached. Please see your RMA card that is included in your order for all returns info and send your return to:

Items bought on the SHOP PDA app will get app credit when returned and items bought on the website will get website credit when returned.
