PINK FRIDAY is all about shopping small first and we appreciate you doing that today with PDA! Please know that all Pink Friday Steals are well below retail and as such are FINAL SALE. No swapping, exchanging or returning. If you send them as a return we will have to RTS them, so please gift them if they don't work for you. All Mystery items cannot be checked for your past purchases, so you could get something you already have. Please only order if you are okay with that and are ready to gift any duplicate you may receive. If you order more than two of the same item we cannot guarantee that they won't be the same, so keep that in mind as well. Pink Friday orders will not ship for 2-3 weeks so please only order if you are okay with that. We are extremely understaffed and are actively working to find help, but the holidays is a hard time to do that.

Shipping is a flat $6.99 for all orders. However, shipping will be FREE for orders over $100 before tax! Our free app, SHOP PDA, offers free 24hr shipping once you place an order there so it is worth downloading!

Clothing and Shoes (and other sizable items) can be returned for website credit within 5 business days of receiving your item. All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE. All returns must be unworn and unwashed with any tags still attached. Please see your RMA card that is included in your order for all returns info and send your return to:

Please allow 2 business days for your return to process. Reminder that all sale items, steals and items where a code or discount is used are final sale and cannot be sent back even for credit. Items bought on the SHOP PDA app will get app credit when returned and items bought on the website will get website credit when returned.

We do our best to ship within 2 business days but there are times where that is not possible so we also offer a Fastpass and Expedited options now on the website. We offer local pickup as well at the address above and once you get a pickup email you are welcome to come M-F 830-5. Please wait until you get the pickup email before coming to the warehouse so we can make sure your order is fulfilled and ready for you.

When placing an order please verify that you use the correct shipping address as that cannot be changed once the order is placed. Any orders approved for cancellation once placed will receive website credit as we do not offer refunds.
