What is Buckley First Access?
Buckley First Access is your chance to save upcoming Buckley styles to your Wishlist before preorders officially open. It helps you plan your favorites ahead of time so checkout is quicker and easier when launch day arrives.
Is Buckley First Access the same as a preorder?
No. First Access is the Wishlist phase—you are not purchasing yet.
Preorder begins later, when the collection officially goes live and you can complete your purchase.
Does adding an item to my Wishlist reserve my size?
No. Saving an item to your Wishlist does not reserve inventory or guarantee availability.
Your Wishlist simply keeps all of your favorites in one place so you're ready to shop as soon as preorders open.
Will I be charged when I add something to my Wishlist?
No! There is no charge when you add an item to your Wishlist.
You'll only be charged if you place a preorder once the collection officially launches.
Why does the item say "Preparing for Launch" or appear unavailable?
That simply means the preorder hasn't opened yet.
During Buckley First Access, you can save the item to your Wishlist so it's ready and waiting when preorders begin.
Why can't I add this item to my Wishlist anymore?
The Buckley First Access Wishlist window has closed.
The next step is preorder! Once preorders open, you'll be able to shop the collection while inventory is available.
Can I still shop if I didn't use the Wishlist?
Absolutely!
The Wishlist is simply a tool to help you organize your favorites and checkout faster. You can still shop the collection when preorders open, as long as inventory is still available.
What happens if my size sells out during preorder?
Because Buckley customs are produced in limited quantities, some sizes or colors may sell out during preorder.
We always recommend adding your favorites to your Wishlist ahead of launch and shopping as early as possible once preorders open.
When will my preorder ship?
Once preorders open, the estimated arrival to The Polkadot Alley is approximately 3 weeks.
As soon as your Buckley order arrives at our warehouse, our team will begin processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
